LCCPA PSA's

These PSA's were written by some LCCPA members and played on a local radio station CKBW!

Vehicle Theft:
"Due to the recent number of thefts from vehicles, Lunenburg County Crime Prevention Association, would like to remind you to ALWAYS lock your vehicle even when it is parked at home. Remember, an unlocked car is like an open invitation to a thief.
When possible, park in a well lit area. Keep your valuables out of plain view so thieves aren't tempted to break in. This includes things like change, backpacks, purses, cell phones and chargers.
Please remember to lock it, so you don't lose it!"

Camp Theft:

"Hi. I'm Susan Foote from Lunenburg County Crime Prevention Association with a reminder to secure your cottage and camps at the end of the season. We also encourage you to remove anything of value including expensive tools, ATV's, alcoholic beverages and electronics. On behalf of all our members, I would like to wish you a safe fall season and enjoy the beautiful colours throughout the area."
